This 4-week program empowers participants with essential self-protection skills and strategies.
Designed for those seeking more in-depth training than a workshop without the long-term commitment of a full class, it covers practical techniques, situational awareness, effective communication, and confidence-building exercises.
Perfect for all skill levels, this course equips you to feel prepared and secure in everyday life.
This class meets on Wednesdays for 90 minutes (four times each month).

Sunday Seminars
Workshops focus on developing critical skills that can be used immediately. with practical self-defense skills that can be used in various situations.
Learn:
- How to recognize and avoid dangerous situations
- Uncomplicated and practical skills that can be used in various situations.
- How to defend yourself against common attack methods.
- How to use your voice and body language to set boundaries.
- and so much more.
How To Prepare For A Session
Dress Comfortably
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you would wear for a normal workout.
Arrive Early
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to check-in, meet the instructor and get settled.
Meet Your Instructor
You’ll meet your Battle Woman® instructor who will help you get set up for class.
