Thursdays at 12:30pm - 1:30pm
All levels: skills development and scenario practice. Feel free to join one, or both classes as your schedule allows. Also take advantage of the free hour to train on your own or ask questions.

How To Prepare For Your Session
Dress Comfortably
We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that you would wear for a normal workout.
Arrive Early
Arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class time to check-in, meet the instructor and get settled.
Meet Your Instructor
You’ll meet your Battle Woman® instructor who will help you get set up for class.
